Warm salutations. This is a very practical book. Most meditation sold texts are the outcome of just a single method, therefore we intented to make available here a progressive system of practicies andpriceless instructions on the subject. The book was translated from it s original one in Brazilian Portuguese, therefore we kept the accent on purpose. We did avoid Sanskrit words for to make it simple at study. We hope will you enjoy it. The author is on his Golden Jubille celebration (50 years) as a Meditaition Master on publishing this book.
